Getting back on track

Finally got my flabby ass to jog again. Was planning a bicycle ride, but alas, weather's too unstable.





And indeed, it did rain. Ran in the light rain. Refreshing. But tiring.

Tummy ain't too good, sorta paralysed by the dinner last night, was it that I ate something wrong, or just ate too much?

Slow, relaxed day today. The way Sundays should be. Thank goodness that crazy emergency medicine posting is over.

Including the case write-up, which I have just completed!

Watched Donnie Darko. Review pending. But in summary: I didn't really like it, it was sort of absurd, and not really as likeable as it's hyped to be.
